Rohelist teed valmistatakse Camellia sinensis’e lehtedest ja õiepungadest, ent ilma kuivatamata ja fermenteerimata, nagu tehakse oolongi ja musta tee puhul.
Roheline tee on pärit Hiinast, kust selle tootmine levis teistesse Ida-Aasia riikidesse.
Ronnefeldt pakub hoolikalt valmistatud puruteesid ühe tassi tee valmistamiseks mõeldud portsjonitena.
